ROWNTREE PARK, YORK

We were delighted to win a design competition for a new set of gates for the Butcher Terrace entrance to the park.  The gates are in stainless steel.

EMMANUEL CHURCH, BRIDLINGTON

Part of a commission to replace ironwork lost in a disastrous fire which all but destroyed the church.

 

HALEY HILL, HALIFAX

This security door for an important redundant church was hand forged using pure iron and gilded by our own experienced staff.

HARVEY NICHOLS, LEEDS

In January 2003 we finished a complete remake of Harvey Nichols' Cafe in Leeds' Victoria Quarter.

 
In October 2002 Don was elected to the Court of the Worshipful Company of Blacksmiths - the first working blacksmith to be elevated to the Court for 200 years! THE WORSHIPFUL COMPANY OF BLACKSMITHS
BRONZE MEDAL Also in October 2002 Don was awarded a Bronze Medal for the Innholders' sign (below) making him a Fellow of the Worshipful Company of Blacksmiths (FWCB).

Innholders' Sign

Don painting a new sign for the Worshipful Company of Innholders' Hall in the City of London. The sign was commissioned by the Worshipful Company of Blacksmiths as a gift and now adorns the front of the building in College Street.
